Why use tasks?
You no longer have to carry around a bulky day planner. Using the task feature is a great way to keep track of your to-do list electronically. It allows you to sort your tasks by due date and you can access it from anywhere there is an internet connection.
How do I create a task?
- From any Tasks tab, click the Add Task button at the top of the page.
- Enter the details about the task, such as the name, due date, and description.
- Click the Save button to save the task and return to the list of your tasks.

What happens when I have completed a task?
You can mark the task as complete and it will be displayed as so.
- Simply right-click on the task and select the MARK AS COMPLETE option from the pop-up menu. This is a great way to keep track of what tasks you have accomplised and which ones you still need to do.
Another option is to delete the task if you do not want to keep a record of it.
- Simply select the task (check mark will appear in the small box) and click the DELETE button.
