Getting Started with your Website

With Townlife you can easily create and manage your website and interact with your local community. Building your website is easy using our simple tools and users can easily customize colours, add graphic headers and show up-to-date information about events. You do not need to be a computer guru to be able to manage your Townlife website.  


How do I log into my Townlife website?

  1. Go to your Townlife website (i.e. or )
  2. Click on the lock button  located in the bottom right hand corner of the website.login
  3. You will be redirected to the Login Page (see below).
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. Click the LOGIN Button. You will be directed to the TownLife Content Management System (CMS). 


Is my username and log in the same for my website as it is for my email?

Your website login information is different from your email login. Townlife staff would have provided you with your login information when you joined the Townlife Community. If you have forgotten this information you will need to contact Townlife Support at Make sure you clearly explain the issue and provide your contact information.


Can more than one person have access?

Multiple users can be set up to access your website, but each email address must be unique. If you wish to add or remove a user from administrating your website by changing USER ACCESS in the Settings tab. For more detailed information consult the Help menu.


Where do I go if I need help?

These lessons cover the basic features of Townlife modules. If you want more information or a higher level of difficulty use the Help menu to your advantage.
