f) Keep Notes

Why use the Notes tab?

The notes tab is a great place to store a new idea, a meeting summary, or just some quick thoughts. Keep track of your ideas electronically -- no more hassle of forgetting ideas or misplacing your notepad.

Adding a note

  1. Simply choose the ADD NOTE link from the Notes drop-down menu. A pop-up menu will appear (as seen below).
  2. Type in your idea and click the Save button.


 You can return to your notes page to view your thoughts at anytime.


Deleting a note

  1. Select the note by clicking on the box to the right of it (a check mark will appear) and click on the DELETE button.
  2. A window will appear asking "Are you sure you want to deleted the selected note(s)?". Click OK. (The note will be permanently deleted).
